Centralized comprehensive ADA Outsourcing & FMLA Outsourcing. Note: Pricing is for both services and we do not provide solely ADA or FMLA outsourcing for companies with 50 or more employees.
Guideline Pricing
$1,500/month minimum for companies under 100 employees
Above 100 employees: $9–$12.50 per employee per month, depending on company size

This tier covers the full ADA and FMLA lifecycle, including notices, certifications, tracking, return‑to‑work coordination, document management and custody and employee communication.
Pricing for ADA & FMLA + Employee Relations, Discipline & Performance Management

Guideline Pricing
$3,500/month minimum for companies under 100 employees
Above 100 employees: $29–$32.50 per employee per month, depending on company size
Optional ACA Compliance Add‑On: $5 per FT or variable‑hour employee
This tier includes ADA/FMLA administration plus employee relations support, investigations, disciplinary guidance and performance management.
Comprehensive Outsourced CHRO Pricing
This is our proactive tier — full HR leadership and development of HR employees, system design, internal workflows, policy drafting, manager development, executive coaching and strategic oversight.

$6,000/month minimum for companies under 100 employees
Above 100 employees: $50–$55 per employee per month, depending on company size
This tier includes proactive HR leadership, policy and workflow development, manager training, internal HR development, and ongoing strategic support. Actual deliverables vary based on your organization’s goals and needs.
