CHRO, LLC was founded by a licensed attorney with more than a decade of experience in employment litigation and fifteen years of experience in organizational development, and management training.  CHRO was developed after we saw first hand how companies were challenged in recruiting seasoned HR professionals who could effectively carry out business initiatives while also navigating the ever-evolving complex legal framework designed to protect the labor force.
