CHRO, LLC was founded by a licensed attorney with more than a decade of experience in employment litigation and fifteen years of experience in organizational development, including executive/management training and coaching. 

We developed CHRO after realizing that companies had serious challenges in recruiting seasoned HR professionals who could effectively carry out business initiatives while also navigating the ever-evolving complex legal framework designed to protect the labor force. We saw that while HR personnel could tell you what the law was or suggest cookie-cutter processes to address various challenges, they had difficulty identifying legal risk in common employee disputes and disciplinary matters, difficulty guiding management through subordinate performance challenges, and difficulty developing and implementing cost-effective, practical processes to support employer objectives. 

At CHRO we operate from one core principal: We understand your corporate objectives and leverage your HR function to facilitate goal achievement while minimizing litigation risk.  CHRO works proactively with its clients as a dedicated, supportive partner in their expansion or other growth or QA initiatives. We have extensive experience that ranges from human services and nonprofit clients to the startup tech space. Most of our clients have under 500 employees and have grown out of their existing HR function, but cannot justify the cost of that seasoned HR Director or CHRO who can guide them through their growing pains and prepare them for their next phase of growth.
