CHRO, LLC was founded by a licensed attorney with more than a decade of experience in employment litigation and fifteen years of experience in organizational development, and management training.  CHRO was developed after we saw first hand how companies were challenged in recruiting seasoned HR professionals who could effectively carry out business initiatives while also navigating the ever-evolving complex legal framework designed to protect the labor force. We saw that while HR personnel could tell you what the law was or suggest cookie-cutter processes to address various challenges, they had difficulty identifying legal risk in common employee disputes and disciplinary matters, difficulty guiding management through subordinate performance challenges, and difficulty developing and implementing cost-effective, practical processes to support employer objectives.
